Animal-friendly e-cookbook
Purchasing a copy of this beautiful-illustrated, recipe-packed, animal-friendly e-cookbook for a discounted price of AU$12 (~US$8.80) will support CDWK to sterilize homeless dogs, and to treat injured and sick street dogs, in the Kopan area of Kathmandu.
The founder of one of our partners- Rob’s Dogs (https://www.robsdogs.net.au) created, adapted and perfected the delicious recipes in this illustrated, 54-page electronic book. Her aim was not only to help dogs but also to make vegan food DELICIOUS so that more people begin to cook in a “compassionate manner”. You will be surprised to find vegan recreations of many traditional meat and dairy-based favourites. It will have you saying “I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S VEGAN”.
The 50 breakfast, soup, main course, dessert, and sundry recipes use only easy-to-find plant-based ingredients. Each recipe is beautifully presented with step-by-step illustrated instructions. Check-out the recipe index and a selection of photographs of the book below.
Also it seems that some supporters have had trouble purchasing the book with our special discount, and downloading it. So here are the instructions:
1. Click this link (this shows the sale is specifically for CDWK)
3. You will be taken to the sale page for the Vegan Cookbook on Rob’s Dogs website – this page will show the full price of $15. CDWK has a special price available when you check out.
4. Add the quantity of books that you want to purchase in the QUANTITY box.
5. Click ADD TO CART.
6. Click VIEW CART – at top of the page above the book image.
7. On the next page, in the PROMOTIONAL CODE box add CDWK – you will see that a $3 discount/book has been automatically applied in the tally section on the right, and a final price of AU$12/ book.
8. Choose the method of payment – PayPal or credit card (available when you click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT) or Apple Pay, if you have this.
9. On the next page, enter your details in the BILLING DETAILS sections
10. Click CONTINUE
11. Make payment as usual
12. Once you have made payment, you will receive an email with the link to download the cookbook. If you do not receive the email, check that it is not in your junk folder.
13. Click the download link (the right side of the email) to instantly download your e-cookbook – it is best to download it immediately because the link expires after one week.
